From Marrakech, Rabat, and Casablanca to Milan, Studio KO's first collection designed for Beni is bound by themes of time and record-keeping, transposing artifacts of industrial society into meticulously handcrafted Moroccan rugs.
Redacted documents, time diaries, faded gestures in ink.
The Intersection palette mirrors the reserved person who pauses before saying something meaningful; it is grounded with both depth and expression. Burnt red lingers like memory; navy blue offers rich harbor; goldenrod bursts with fleeting light; and sage signals calm.
Each rug is a living ledger, shaped by many hands.
An ode to memory, the motifs of this collection study the fine print of how we write and share our lives.
Hues intersect in a rhythm of hours, echoing the ebbs and flows of time. Goldenrod vibrates and rust whispers ages, the patina of history. Linen is a pause, the silence between notes in a billowing composition.
Across each rug, these intersecting colors coalesce to chart a landscape of memory, place, and the work of many hands—each an original artwork.
