Can I return my rug?
All in stock orders are final and we cannot accept returns.

Zahara
Zahara rugs are flatwoven by hand and measure ~.4" in thickness. Casual, graphic, and striking, they offer a light feel underfoot that's perfect for high traffic areas.
Atlas Low
Atlas Low pile rugs have a pile height of ~.75". Each strand of wool is hand-tied and sheared to an even pile to create textural, soulful, and supremely soft rugs that ground any space.
Tassels
Traditional Moroccan rugs feature tassels just on one side. You can order your rug with or without tassels. Tassel length is normally in the range of 4" - 6". Here's what tassels look like.
No Tassels
You can order your rug with or without tassels. Here's what the end of your rug will look like with no tassels - a neat little binding that can vary from rug to rug - like the signature of the weaver who crafted your design.
Not sure where to go from here? Our designers are kind, insightful and here to help.
There is no comparison to your product in terms of color saturation, nuance, loft of the fibers and design.

Our Process
Though there are many steps in the making of every rug, our washing method is where innovation braids into the traditional craft most technically. Once woven, each finished design goes through our proprietary washing process before moving to hand-hewn wooden racks in our courtyard to dry. This step results in soft and resilient rugs meant to last lifetimes.
