Lead Time
Each and every Beni rug is woven entirely by hand and then washed and dried in the mountain air. Lead times are in the range of 12-16 weeks. Rugs 9'x12' and larger could require additional lead time.

Each and every Beni rug is woven entirely by hand and then washed and dried in the mountain air. Current lead times are 12 - 16 weeks. Rugs larger than 9' x 12' may require extra drying time. Since your rug is made from 100% wool, there will be natural, beautiful variations in pattern and color. These are sure signs of an authentic rug made just for you. Final sizes can vary by up to 4% from the size ordered.
Can I return my rug?
All orders are final and we cannot accept returns. Please ensure all measurements, colors, and design are correct before submitting your order!
Can I cancel my order?
After placing an order, you have until 7:00 PM ET the following day to cancel and get your money back.
What if I don't like what I ordered?

Handwoven
Traditional Moroccan rugs feature tassels just on one side. You can toggle them on and off below, as you prefer! Tassel length is normally in the range of 4–6".
